A team leader comes to your home or a cafe near you for a free meet-and-greet. You meet a support worker or two and tell us what you want, in your own words.
A free meet-and-greet, usually within a week
A written quote and a plain-language service agreement: which supports, which days, the prices under the NDIS Pricing Schedule, and how to change or end it. Nothing starts until you're happy with it.
Take as long as you need to read it
The support worker you met turns up on the day and at the time you agreed. A team leader rings you after the first week to ask how it went.

No. You can ring us before your plan is approved, while you're still deciding, or just to ask a question. When you're ready to start, we'll need to know which supports are funded in your plan and how it's managed, and we'll ask for that in conversation, not on a form.
